The Murder of Deborah Boothby

Deborah Boothby was found in the middle of Blue Star Highway just outside of South Haven Michigan during the early morning hours of April 27, 1998. Initially called a hit and run accident, the case went cold with no leads into who could have done this. Then a cold case unit re-opens the case 9 years later and discovers clues that were initially missed, and start asking questions.
