In 1947, a Greenville cab driver was robbed and stabbed to death by an unknown assailant. Once an arrest was made, an angry mob of the fallen's collegues chose to distribute justice in their own fashion. Instead of being held accountable in a court of law, an abomination of the legal system occured.
