Mark “Trigger” Tregellas has broken his spine, knee, shoulder and elbow. He's been shot in the face and battled with cancer. The former Victoria Police Leading Senior Constable has served 31 years mainly in three remote coastal towns. Like many operational police officers, Trigger's dealt with lunatics, drunks, bizarre situations, neo-Nazis and dead bodies. He's also the recipient of a highly prestigious Clarke Silver medal.  Trigger's written a book "Backup is three hours away" with Big Sky Publishing. It's a rollicking good read about his life and career and on the shelves in June.  Contains Snappy @2021 performed Jonathan Boyle with music written by Jonathan Boyle, courtesy of Premium Beat. Post-production by Pete Dillon @www.fearlesscollective.com.au and acknowledgement to Stephen Peters for his assistance and support.  Thanks for listening.
