We continue with the Outlaws M.C. by taking a look at arguably their most famous and brutal member, international president Harry "Taco" Bowman. He took over as international president in 1984 and lasted until his imprisonment in 1999. He was instrumental in keeping the war with the Hells Angels going and during his reign it was one of the bloodiest times in outlaw biker history.
