I’m sure it can go without saying that Port St. Lucy is not in anyone’s top 10 destinations to travel for a good time. A stark contrast to its far away neighbor Miami. That may be why Michael Mandell was shocked to be standing in the middle of a house party being thrown by his best friend, Tyler Hadley. This party had teens and young adults dancing, drinking and doing several illegal substances all without much interference from Tyler.
