Both Sonia and Evelyn were found just barely a mile and a half from each other on the same fateful morning in February of 1993 in Worcester, Massachusetts. Their murders remain unsolved. Liz then tells the almost-solved case of the murder of Tyrone Phet, who was shot inside his car in Lowell, Massachusetts.
