George and Jennie Sodder woke just after 1:30am Christmas morning to the smell of smoke, and called to the children to get out of the home immediately. Of the couple’s 10 children, 5 were still missing when the flames were put out. The disappearance of the Sodder children is a case that is still unsolved today.
