The jury learns about notebooks, phone numbers, a for-sale sign, and even a bleach bottle — framing them as incriminating evidence against Steven Avery. But are these items really proof of anything, or just everyday household objects twisted to fit a narrative? Again, why were Manitowoc County officers involved? Still? And what about the carpet in Steven’s trailer — why didn’t investigators remove it if they believed a cleanup had happened? Why did it sit there, in the trailer, for months?
