Noreen O’Connor, a 46-year-old nurse and caretaker notorious for her giving and loving demeanor committed a most heinous act against her elderly, bedridden friend, Marie Buls. An act so vile that the area hasn’t seen anything quite like it, before or since. But what would cause a kind, gentle woman to snap and commit the ultimate crime?
