Crime talk timestamp : 14:43On 8th February 2010 46 year old serial rapist, & Colonel of the Canadian Royal Air Force Russell Williams was arrested in Ontario, Canada for the murders of two women ..Yes that’s right, I said Colonel because this is yet another case that involves a prolific sexual predator drawn to a job where he holds a position of authority.A profession that would earn him a badge, honour & respect. Which allowed Williams to covertly commit 82 crimes and 2 murders all whilst hiding anonymously behind his badge . This is not the first time we’ve seen such predators in a position of power and sadly it won’t be the last ….As Russell Williams serves a life term for his crimes in a maximum security prison it leads us to ask the questions …Were there previous signs to indicate that such a dangerous predator was hiding amongst the highest ranks of the Canadian airforce ?If so how could these signs have been missed by those around him ? Or was Williams just such a chameleonesque character that he was very accomplished at using his cloak of normality to stalk & kill victims & remain above suspicion for so long ? In todays case we will see how even if someone holds a high ranking badge or wears a well respected uniform, they are still able to hold secret violent fantasies…Making them incredibly dangerous to those around them, and especially to females….
