Travis Herold was born near Festus, Missouri, on October 21st, 1995, to his parents Suzy and Coco, who had come to America from Africa in the 1970s. He was separated from his mother at 3 days old and adopted by Sandra and Jerome Herold, who chose the name Travis after Sandra’s favorite singer, Travis Tritt. They moved Travis to their home in Stamford, Connecticut. Travis’s new home was very different from the home he was born in, a compound owned by a woman named Connie Braun Casey, which was at the time called “Chimparty,” and later renamed the Missouri Primate Foundation. Oh, also, Travis is a chimpanzee.Follow us on Instagram, TikTok, and Threads: @housewifediditpod Check out our website and merch at https://the-housewife-did-it.square.siteWe have an exciting opportunity for EVRY-one!
