There Is No Basis To Scrub Jeffrey Epstein's NPA According To The DOJ

The government argues that the 2007 non-prosecution agreement (NPA) with Jeffrey Epstein remains legally binding and cannot be “scrubbed” because it was negotiated and approved by federal prosecutors acting within their discretion, and thus no valid basis exists to void it.
