Florida Man Torched House With Woman and Baby Inside: Prosecutor

Charles Ivy is accused of setting a fire in November 2023 that killed his ex-girlfriend, Den'Jah Moore, and her 10-month-old baby boy. Ivy's two children, a 4-year-old and 5-year-old, were also in the Daytona Beach apartment but survived. Detectives grilled Ivy about the fire but he didn't confess. Now he faces the possibility of the death penalty if convicted.
