The Combs Defendants, including Sean Combs and his affiliated companies, have requested a pre-motion conference to seek dismissal of Plaintiff John Doe’s First Amended Complaint (ECF #28) with prejudice. Filed under Court’s Individual Rule 2(B), the request argues that the lawsuit lacks legal merit and should be entirely dismissed.Plaintiff John Doe, through counsel, submits this response to the February 25, 2025 letter motion (Dkt.
