The Danbury Police Department (and those in neighboring New England states) purchased the Copsicle truck from a vendor of the same name based in Litchfield, NH. The Copsicle blends the friendly, feel-good image of police within the community with the benevolent presence of police serving the community and keeping a close eye on crime by getting and giving the local scoop.
