A wiser administration would have sent two given the restraint situation, but it's not their life on the line. Allgier said he was gonna leave and go back out to the community which imprisoned him. But Stephen Anderson said no. Unfortunately his integrity cost him his life. Allgier, recaptured, blames the officer and the prison administration for Anderson's death.
