At the tender age of six, he recalls weekend gatherings where family members pitched in to make and pack seasoning cases. A pivotal memory involves their uncle Alex Chachere gifting them and their younger brother each $5 for their efforts – a gesture that instilled a sense of ownership and pride in the brand that continues to drive their passion today.Doug is the third generation to contribute to the family's success, while the fourth generation is already actively involved in the business. After years as a regional sales manager, Doug transitioned into direct work with brand influencers, leveraging their knack for connecting with people – a skill they value as a "collector of people".
