Nancy “Nannie” Doss was born November 5, 1905 to an abusive father and a complicit and checked-out mother. She was forced to work grueling hours on the family farm and by 16, Nannie was looking for any way out she could find. She was married and quickly got to work building her own family. Not long after, she decided that four girls was too much of a burden for her and she did the unthinkable to her two middle children. This started her decades long streak of quiet murders.
