E17: The murder of Grace Millane - Auckland, New Zealand

In this episode, Annie and Beth talk through the unbelievably and completely tragic murder of Grace Millane, who had only just begun an adventure of a lifetime, travelling the world.Grace made friends easily, which is why her friends and family knew she’d have an amazing time. On the 26th of October, 2018, Grace touched down in Peru, ready to begin her adventure of a lifetime, travelling the world solo. She documented her travels across social media, so loved ones could keep up to date with where she was and what she’d been up to. By December, Grace had travelled to New Zealand, a place she’d always wanted to go.On the 1st December, Grace arrived in Auckland, just a day before her birthday. Tragically, it was in an attempt to make birthday plans via Tinder that led to her murder. As always, the focus in this case is on Grace and telling her story.
