July 23, 2018, two daytime hikers came across a tent, with a body it. Little did they know the story that would unravel. The man did not have any identification with him and appeared to be severely underweight even though there was food and money in his tent. After a woman comes forward who crossed his path, the internet goes wild. But, no one got his real name, only his trail name: Mostly Harmless. For two and half years Mostly Harmless was unidentified until the true crime community and DNA came together to help identify. Although the ending of this case could be described as disappointing, the true crime community was able to put a name to one of the thousands of unidentified people in America.
