The juvenile faces charges of vehicular eluding among other offenses.Katelynn Low was arrested for theft valued between two thousand and five thousand dollars after officers responded to a report of a stolen electric bicycle. The investigation led to Low's identification and subsequent arrest.The Colorado State Patrol is seeking public assistance in locating a vehicle involved in a serious hit and run incident on southbound US Highway 285 near Jefferson on Sunday night around 11:45 PM. A 40 year old woman from Denver was attempting to flag down help after her 2002 Toyota Tacoma had crashed and rolled over when she was struck by what authorities believe is a 2011 through 2014 black Volvo S60 with temporary license plate tags and possible damage to the passenger side mirror. The woman was airlifted to the hospital with serious injuries.
