He was given a suspended sentence and released. Earlier this month, Joshua West was arrested near the South Peoria corridor for alleged counter-jumping and larceny; he has pleaded not guilty and is awaiting his next court appearance in September. All cases remain active under court supervision.On Wednesday morning, officers responded to a shooting at Brighton Park Apartments near 51st Street and Yale Avenue. Gunfire damaged an apartment and a parked car, but no injuries were reported. Investigators located shell casings and loose ammunition at the scene. No suspect description has been released, and the case remains under investigation. At this time, authorities have not provided a description of the Jeep or its driver, and the investigation continues.Tulsa Fire and Police responded to the River Parks area following the reopening of Tulsa Wave Park after a recent drowning incident.
