Troopers also provided 166 motorist assists throughout the weekend.An incident occurred on June 23 on Interstate 80 near 50th Street in Omaha, where a Nebraska State Trooperâs patrol unit was struck by a large truck while responding to a crash. The trooper sustained injuries and was transported for medical treatment.
