The alleged assault involved two individuals; one was treated for non-life threatening injuries and the case remains open. Early Sunday morning near the Old Market, officers responded to an alleged armed robbery. The suspect is described as a male, approximately 5’10”, wearing dark clothing and a red backpack, last seen heading north on foot.
