In the past week, several significant criminal incidents were reported in Aurora, Colorado. On May 14, around 8:30 p.m., a shooting occurred in the parking lot of a grocery store on South Havana Street. This incident resulted in the death of one man at the scene, the hospitalization of a 36-year-old Aurora man with life-threatening injuries, and a 46-year-old Aurora woman later seeking treatment for a gunshot wound. Authorities state that the shooting followed an altercation in the parking lot. Two suspects, Hee Dah Weh, age 24, and Latrayvon Dashen Bullard, age 23, both of Aurora, have been identified and are wanted for first-degree murder. Arrest warrants have been issued, and police are actively seeking public assistance in locating these individuals. The case remains under active investigation, and the case number is AP25-91152.On May 12, an officer-involved shooting was reported at a business in northeast Aurora. Responding to a call about a suspicious person, an Aurora Police Department patrol officer was involved in a fatal shooting. The status of the investigation was not disclosed, and information about suspects is not being sought from the public at this time.No additional violent incidents from other neighborhoods were disclosed in public reports for the week.
