Henderson police responded on August 6 at approximately 7 p.m. to a report involving a suspected sex trafficker near Galleria Drive and Gibson Road. According to Henderson Police Department statements, the individual had earlier been involved in a dramatic escape attempt but was quickly apprehended without further incident. The case is active and remains under investigation. In connection with this incident, officers initially responded to Henderson Hospital after a victim was brought there and interviews led to the identification of the suspect. Police are still encouraging anyone with information to come forward as they continue to look for possible accomplices.
