On September 11th 2001, New York City was under attack when two planes crashed into the twin towers. Due to the attack majority of the police force was occupied which meant there was little police resources and unfortunately that night a polish immigrant named Henryk Siwiak was murdered and to this day it has been unknown as to why, and who did it.
