The Nightlight in the Dark House – A Daughter’s Worst Nightmare

oOn a late summer’s evening in 2015, a woman named Judy Schult received a phone call so disturbing it would prompt her to drive straight to the home of her 79-year-old mother, Ora Lea Hawkins. There she would find the house empty and in darkness, save for the dim glow of a night light in her mother’s loungeroom. When her knocks went unanswered, a distressed Judy returned home.
