In 2006, retired schoolteacher Celia Blay discovered a young woman who had entered into multiple suicide pacts. The woman went by ‘Li Dao’, ‘Falcon Girl’ and ‘Cami’. However when Celia found that two people had died by suicide after entering the false suicide pact, she didn’t stop her own investigation. William, who had a “fetish” for suicide had entered into the false suicide pacts, encouraging people to take their own life on camera for his enjoyment.
