It was in the latter years of the 1980s early 1990s, a notorious murderous drug dealing gang operating in the inner city the “Murder Capital of the Nation”, Camden City New Jersey. They recruited their members by first having to prove their loyalty to the gang and its leader, by KILLING SOMEONE!  They called it “TEST NIGHT”.  The real reason was so the gang now had insurance! They had a murder on the new recruit warning him to think twice before talking to the police!You’re invited to ride along with me, Det. Sgt. 1st.
